Quinn Pache is dedicated to putting his customers first.
Quinn Pache grew up in the construction business and has always loved connecting the right person with the right home.
Pache was working in the industry for a few years when he decided he wanted a change, and got into real estate because he thought his background would pair well with that line of work.
He attended UBC where he completed the real estate licensing course and started working for himself as an independent contractor for Royal LePage, building his business on two basic principles.
“You put the customer first,” he said. “ You also stay as informed and knowledgeable as possible on construction and houses, and then people recognize the great service you’re offering.”
Despite being new to the business, that service level is evident by the large amount of work and clients he has amassed in a short career.
The son of a developer, Pache was born and raised in Kamloops and spent time working for his father and another developer in town before changing careers — his background in construction making the transition a smooth one.
The current real estate market in the Tournament Capital remains hot, which bodes well for Pache’s business.
“We have a lot of new development, construction is way higher this year over last year, so it’s a good sign,” said Pache, adding that the local economy is very diversified, allowing for a stable real estate market.
“One [where] both consumers and seller, they’re able to make money and find good deals now and into the future,” said Pache.
Having recently been on the ground floor with that industry enables Pache to offer his clients a lot of insight and information.
Given the state of the market, Pache said it’s the perfect time to be a real estate agent in Kamloops.
For himself, Pache has expansion on the mind for the future.
“Work harder than everybody else to be one of the most reputable realtors in Kamloops — that’s my goal,”
he said. “This doesn’t mean that I sell more or make the most money. When you compare me with everyone else I’ll offer my clients the best service and by doing that I’ll be able to build such a good referral base with my clients it will only lead to more success in the future.”
